Stop Forcing Things

Stop forcing things! I know you don’t want to hear it, and you think you’ve written blog after blog on the topic, but the message is pertinent now. This is a time when people are meant to hold back and go with the flow for a bit. You will find that as you try to force your will that resistance is great and that you are not making the progress you had hoped to make. This is because the energy is working to find balance/homeostasis.  

I know that you are feeling bad that your plans are not working out the way that you had hoped. It’s okay to be upset. We just want you to know that now is not the right time. When the time is right, we will let you know and you can proceed. Right now is the time to prepare for big changes.  

 Ground yourself daily. What does that look like? Get out into nature. Breathe fresh air as much as possible. Use salt in your bath or shower, or cold water. Touch plants. Imagine roots growing out of your feet. Practice deep breathing.  

Pray. To whomever you choose- God, Universe, Source, Mother Earth, the Angels. Praying is having a conversation, sending out gratitude and good intentions. More than ever, everyone and everything made of the same stardust needs collective intentions of peace and love.  

Protect. Trust your intuition. You know that media is being forced and filtered, suppressed and sensationalized, pandered and propagandized. Getting yourself immersed in an endless loop of lies and ½ truths is not making you feel better. Furthermore, watching, reading, or playing games filled with violence and revenge are adding to your stress. Now is the time to take a break from that. Protect yourself from negativity in ways you can control.  

Help. Continue doing small things to make life more beautiful. Be kind to yourself and your neighbors. Concentrate on one thing a day to bring a smile to someone’s face.  

These are the steps to take right now. Forcing things right now will not bring the outcome you desire. Flow.
